Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Program Overview

The Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering aims to train engineers with a broad-based engineering education to support a wide range of electrical and electronic industries. Rapid advancement in technology has changed the scenario in generation, transmission and distribution of power. Students will build up their technical knowledge, with ample hands-on practical sessions and case studies to hone their problem solving and practical skills. The new curriculum imparts workplace skills to students that transform them into trained and qualified personnel ready to be a part of industrial manpower. Graduates can propel their engineering career in an array of industries including power, transmission & distribution, power electronics, process automation, energy management, etc.
